Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on data engineering and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Deep AWS ECS (Fargate/EC2) expertise including networking and container security.
• Proven Snowflake and Iceberg data lakehouse experience.
• Proficient in Java, Python and SQL with Spark and Kafka.
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy on-prem workloads to AWS with containerized microservices.
• Design end-to-end data pipelines using AWS Glue, EMR, and Snowflake.
• Lead code reviews and ensure reliability, security, and performance.
• Implement observability with CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry.
