Qualifications

• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and administrative staff performance.
• Manage training initiatives and process improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and determine promotions.
• Collaborate with regional teams on staffing and client service initiatives.
• Escalate issues to regional directors when needed.
