Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in San Francisco seeks a Client Center Manager to lead the Private Bank Client Center operations, managing staff, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring protocol adherence in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with catering and back-of-house teams, oversee budgets, and support project analyses for future satellite locations, delivering a first-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience.
• Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client Center staff including JPMorgan Chase employees and contractors.
• Oversee Client Center's daily meetings and events.
• Implement and follow Client Center protocols for all client meetings (meet and greet, security, catering setup).
• Liaise with catering partners and back-of-house staff; conduct weekly/daily BEO meetings.
• Survey client experience and propose solutions based on feedback.
• Manage financials to ensure budgets are met annually.
• Assist with project analysis for San Francisco and future satellite locations.
• Instruct staff on administrative tasks including invoice processing, scheduling maintenance, and ordering supplies.
