Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a VP of Manufacturing - Beverage in Charlotte, NC. You will lead two manufacturing directors across seven plants, overseeing Health & Safety, Continuous Improvement and Quality while shaping strategies for performance, innovation and supply chain excellence.

Travel 50-75% annually, driving lean initiatives, cost optimization, and team development to sustain growth and operational excellence across the beverage network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or food science.
• 10 to 15 years of factory management experience.
• At least 3 years managing multi-site manufacturing network (beverage industry experience, strongly preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in sustainable development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and can multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a strategic manufacturing plan aligned to overall business strategy and objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and programs to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and to quality and cost standards.
• Ensure plant design, workflow, and assembly maximize operational efficiency.
• Prepare forecasts for facility, equipment, and workforce needs to meet business requirements.
• Lead production planning, sourcing, and delivery to ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
