  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational change.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with health systems, GPOs, and regulated environments.
  • Ability to travel 50% within the territory; work from home or corporate office when not traveling.

Position Summary

The Vice President, Acute Sales is responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for the Pharmaceutical Distribution Acute sales team, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin improvement. This role requires a visionary leader who can mobilize their sales executives, influence enterprise-wide initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The VP will ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and innovation.

Territory: East Region of the United States

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Health Systems & Provider Distribution Services.
