• Salary Range: Up to $110,000 base + competitive commission
• Location / Working model: New York, NY | Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Ready to take your recruitment career from the UK to New York? This is an opportunity to join an established Financial Services search firm and play a key role in growing its US operation. You’ll have access to a full book of business from day one, building on the success of an established UK team while developing relationships across a strong Investment Management client base. With genuine divisional ownership and the scope to scale the vertical as the New York office grows, this role offers the autonomy of building something of your own with the backing of an established international platform.

The Vice President will build and grow the Sales & Distribution & Marketing vertical, developing client relationships and delivering specialist recruitment solutions across Investment Management and the wider alternatives market.

Role Highlights

• Up to $110,000 base salary + competitive commission
• Visa sponsorship to move from the UK to the US.
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the New York office and 2 days working from home.
• Take ownership of a specialist Sales & Distribution & Marketing vertical within the US Financial Services market.
• Gain immediate access to a full book of business, giving you an established platform from which to generate placements and develop client relationships.
• Build on the success of an established UK team, leveraging existing market knowledge and relationships.
• Collaborate and cross-sell with members of the New York office to maximise opportunities.
• Divisional ownership, starting as an individual contributor, with the scope to scale the vertical and build a team as the US office continues to grow.

You Will Need

• 5+ years of recruitment or executive search experience, ideally within Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Investor Relations, Fundraising and/or Marketing functions.
• Experience working with an Investment Management client base is desired, with exposure to broader alternatives a strong advantage.
• A proven ability to develop client relationships, identify opportunities and operate across a 360 recruitment desk.
• The ambition and commercial mindset to take ownership of a market and grow a specialist division.
