• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs.
• Knowledge of aging processes and activities suitable for older adults is a plus.
• Certification in activity coordination or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate activities tailored to residents' interests.
• Assess preferences to create personalized activity plans.
• Coordinate with staff, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to maximize engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of participation and resident feedback.
