Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents lead active, engaging lives through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You'll plan and run events, promote community activities, assist with set up and breakdown, and occasionally drive residents to events. A positive, energetic attitude and a valid driver's license are required to connect with residents and deliver meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents so you can plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that engages and fulfills them.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, arts, singing and music events.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Over 21s may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
