Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life through diverse programming and engagement. You will plan, organize, and run activities spanning creative arts, games, music, and cultural events, aiming to connect with residents on a personal level.

You’ll promote events, leverage social media to share daily highlights, and occasionally drive residents to activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with residents.
• Interest or talent in arts, music, or activities such as singing, dancing, painting or trivia.
• Creative thinking with high energy and a can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas to engage residents.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Organize and lead activities (games, art, music) for residents.
• Use social media, email and newsletters to showcase daily events.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents for events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
