Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life through engaging programming and events. You will learn residents' interests, plan diverse activities, and assist with organizing games, arts, and cultural experiences on a regular basis.

You’ll promote upcoming events, lead activities, and support transportation needs for residents when required. This role emphasizes creativity, energy, and a passion for enriching senior living

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history or trivia are desirable.
• Exercise your creativity and bring ideas to life.
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• 21+ drive may occasionally transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
