Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents stay active through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You will organize and run activities, promote events, and assist with daily setup. The role emphasizes creativity, energy, and a passion for enriching senior lives, with occasional driving duties for residents when needed.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Use talents like singing, dancing, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit!
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• You have an active Driver's license in good standing.
• Healthcare, Hospitality, Activities, Event Planning, Life Enrichment, Programming Assistant, Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents to plan and implement engaging programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day.
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
