Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents lead an active, vibrant life through diverse programming and personal engagement.

You will support planning and running spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities, promote community events, and participate in and organize a variety of residents' activities. This role may include driving duties and setup/breakdown tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Connect with residents and learn about them.
• Leverage talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry or trivia.
• Show creativity in activities and events.
• Bring energy and a positive attitude to every engagement.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license for occasional transport.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement engaging programs (spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, emotional).
• Promote and communicate upcoming events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down events and activities.
