Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant in Arlington, MA to help residents live active, engaged lives through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You will plan and run events, promote activities, and assist with setup. The role involves energetic interaction, creativity, and a people-centered approach, with occasional driving of residents to events for 21+ staff.

Aufgaben

• Get to know the residents so you can plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities; help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
