Job summary

CAMS in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Director to lead life-enrichment initiatives for residents. This full-time role is the face of the community's activities, requiring self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including owners and the management team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of lifestyle programming experience, preferably in 55+ communities, and is willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lifestyle Director or related event industry experience.
• Experience creating flyers, newsletters, or marketing materials.
• Available to work some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and execute a full range of events, activities, classes, sports, and wellness programs.
• Implement a comprehensive communications plan.
• Build partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses and organizations.
• Recruit and organize volunteers.
• Oversee and schedule facilities.
• Maintain a community website.
• Develop a community newsletter.
• Manage program budgets.
• Be a resource for homeowners.
• Oversee Resident Club Operations.
