Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Lifestyle Director to shape a vibrant, resident-focused culture and deliver resort-style social, educational, and wellness programs that enhance residents’ mind, body, and spirit.

You will lead a diverse calendar of activities, manage budgets, coordinate with the Focus Team, and drive engagement to deliver a high-quality lifestyle for seniors in our community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old to drive shuttle with a valid license.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local community and a passion for serving seniors.
• Experience coordinating events, wellness programs, or fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and refine inclusive community events and activities.
• Design comprehensive lifestyle and wellness programming for residents.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for lifestyle programming.
• Create and distribute monthly event calendars and internal materials.
• Oversee scheduling and readiness of facilities for events.
