Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Life Assistant in Sparks, NV, working about 30 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll drive the community van for outings, help residents on and off the vehicle, and assist with activities while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

The role supports a caring environment with opportunities to engage residents, participate in planned programs, and contribute to a safe, welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.
• Valid Class of Driver’s License required by state for vehicle capacity.
• Experience with elderly and dementia residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist residents getting on/off the vehicle and loading/unloading.
• Follow state and federal laws when operating the vehicle; comply with safety standards.
• Assist with Vibrant Life activities and participate in property tours.
• Maintain vehicle in proper order and report safety or maintenance issues.
