• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience supporting customer audits and quality management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the department to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and lead on the production floor.
• Monitor operations, coach employees, and remove barriers to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Maintain records and reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for department personnel.
