Talent Wave Associates is seeking an executive-level leader to oversee glass manufacturing operations in a 24/7 environment, with relocation support for qualified candidates. The role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while leading production teams in Williamsburg, VA.

The successful candidate will drive KPIs, partner with maintenance, engineering and quality teams, and champion manufacturing best practices to improve overall performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelors degree in Production/Operations or related fields preferred.
• Glass manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations for glass production lines operating 24/7.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing high-volume, 24/7 glass manufacturing operations, driving production performance, and leading teams in a safety-focused, continuous improvement environment. Full relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership experience in glass manufacturing, a strong understanding of continuous production processes, and a proven ability to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

• Lead daily operations for assigned glass manufacturing production lines operating in a 24/7 environment.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing best practices.
• Lead production meetings, operational reviews, and improvement projects.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and safety.
