Job summary

BioSpace is seeking a Manufacturing Technician Lead for the Vial line in Petersburg, VA. The role provides leadership within the area, owns initiatives, and serves as a liaison between operations and functional groups to support event management and change controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Operations or Manufacturing Support in Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience leading manufacturing floor operations.
• Experience leading investigations and driving corrective actions for deviations.

Responsibilities

• Actively leads manufacturing floor operations and drives timelines.
• Supports site leadership to deliver area procedures, quality processes and controls.
• Leads cross-functional teams on Continuous Improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Acts as a liaison between operations and functional groups for event management and change controls.
