Job summary

Gold Rush Gaming in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking an Emergency Fill Collector to service and maintain our video gaming terminals at partner locations. The role involves replenishing cash, performing routine checks, and ensuring equipment functions properly while traveling between sites.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check per Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Dependable and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in route service, field tech support, or cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Refill cash and paper supplies in video gaming terminals (VGTs) and redemption machines.
Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of terminals.
Accurately log inventory and service activities at each location.
Ensure security and compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
Communicate effectively with location owners and internal support teams.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of machines and work areas.
Perform emergency fills or service calls when needed.
