Gold Rush Gaming is seeking a reliable Fill Tech to service and maintain video gaming terminals at partner locations in Hoffman Estates, IL. This part-time role requires travel between sites, strong time management, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will replenish cash, perform routine maintenance checks, and ensure equipment functions properly. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check per Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Dependable.
• Good physical condition – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in route service, field tech support, or cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refill cash and paper supplies in video gaming terminals (VGTs) and redemption machines.
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of terminals.
• Accurately log inventory and service activities at each location.
• Ensure security and compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with location owners and internal support teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of machines and work areas.
• Perform emergency fills or service calls when needed.

Schedule & Availability

• Preferred workdays are Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Some flexibility required for special service calls or route changes.
