• Dependable and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in route service, field tech support, or cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refill cash and paper supplies in video gaming terminals (VGTs) and redemption machines.
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of terminals.
• Accurately log inventory and service activities at each location.
• Ensure security and compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with location owners and internal support teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of machines and work areas.
• Perform emergency fills or service calls when needed.
