A leading casino entertainment company is seeking a service technician to provide support for Video Gaming Terminals in Illinois. Responsibilities include infield service work, equipment installation and troubleshooting, and maintaining positive relationships with location personnel. Candidates should have a clean driving record and preferred field service experience. The compensation range is $18.00 - $25.20 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record subject to review.
• Must obtain appropriate state licensure as required.
• Past field service experience is preferred.
• Formal electronics training is preferred, commensurate experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform infield service work on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Prep, install and remove equipment as required.
• Provide on-call service support as required.
• Troubleshoot VGT’s to component level.
• Maintain and manage service vehicle parts inventory.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Comply with all company and regulatory policies.
