Agilix Solutions currently has an opening for a Power Products Product Manager at our St. Louis, MO Headquarters.

The role drives growth, profitability and technical excellence of the product portfolio, serving as the technical liaison between automation vendors and the distributor. The position focuses on product selection, lifecycle management, training and market development, ensuring customers receive the right solutions while meeting distributor sales, margin and inventory objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in engineering or related tech field.
• 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing experience; electrical distribution preferred.
• Knowledge of automation standards & terminology; motor control concepts.
• Experience converting electrical one-line diagrams to MCC layouts preferred.
• Knowledge of Rockwell Automation VFD and MCC products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for VFDs and MCCs across business units.
• Lead commercial activities to drive migrations, conversions, and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions to close business.
• Provide selection, design advice and product support on assigned products.
• Understand and promote complementary product lines.
• Support multiple branch locations in the designated sales territory.
• Analyze market conditions, determine market share and growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and advise on designated products.
• Achieve and maintain technical and commercial competencies.
• Transform product opportunities into system sales where appropriate.
• Support developing product competency plans for sales teams.
