DSJ Global is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and growth for the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) product portfolio. The role focuses on developing the product roadmap, lifecycle management, and market-driven initiatives across industrial automation sectors.

You will partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and channel teams to drive adoption and pricing strategies, while forecasting revenue growth and analyzing market trends. This is a full-time, on-site position in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience within industrial automation or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of VFDs, motor control systems, and industrial automation applications.
• Experience serving industries such as HVAC, water/wastewater, food & beverage, packaging, etc.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and commercial success.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-40%.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the VFD product portfolio.
• Managing the full product lifecycle from new product introduction through growth, migration, and end-of-life planning.
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to identify opportunities for growth.
• Partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and channel teams to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Developing go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and sales enablement tools.
• Identifying new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Serving as the subject matter expert for customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting trade shows, customer visits, training programs, and promotional activities.
• Forecasting long-term revenue growth and supporting regional business planning.
• Monitoring industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within industrial automation.
