Job description

Qualitrol International is a global automation parts reseller and repair facility that serves customers worldwide with robotic, HMI, and drive repair expertise.

Responsibilities

• Repair technician focused initially on VFD repair and general repair
• Cross‑train with other expert repair technicians to broaden repair experience across other commodities
• Be a valuable and flexible part of the team, assisting where needed as the business grows
• Represent the values of the company to customers, vendors, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience with Allen Bradley Powerflex, Schneider Electric Altivar, Siemens Simondrive preferred
• Basic electronics training/schooling; EE schooling preferred
• At least 2 years of board‑level repair experience
• Highly competent in hand soldering surface‑mount components
• Ability to identify all common electronic components
• Expertise in soldering and desoldering for both through‑hole and surface‑mount
• Experience repairing VFDs, drives, and robotic controls
