Job summary

Royal Canin is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to drive the Vet BU strategy across the Central-South region. This field-based role requires you to live within the territory and to build strong relationships with clinic decision-makers while delivering data-driven sales plans.

You will translate product knowledge into opportunities, present to veterinary staff, manage expenses and CRM reports, and travel 20-30% for conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, 20-30%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to address veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BU and organization stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Build partnerships and work with others to achieve shared goals.
• Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
• Work in a cross-functional, dynamic environment and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and manage expenses and CRM reports.
