Job summary

Arizona Humane Society is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Training Coordinator to develop and support our veterinary technicians through comprehensive onboarding, hands-on training, and skills validation. You will lead clinical training sessions, coach new and promoted technicians, and ensure adherence to AHS standards in patient care and anesthesia.

You will coordinate onboarding schedules, assess progress, update materials, and provide feedback to strengthen performance and program

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of clinical Veterinary Technician experience.
• CVT certification is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support veterinary technicians through onboarding, hands-on training, and skills validation.
• Lead clinical training sessions with medical leadership and coaching of technicians.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, assess progress, and update training materials.
• Provide feedback to strengthen program effectiveness and ensure adherence to AHS standards.
