Qualifications

• RVT with 3+ years of technical experience in a large hospital setting
• Experience teaching or training in a veterinary environment preferred
• Strong veterinary medicine knowledge and medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Support training objectives and create additional technical training coursework
• Schedule and organize technical training meetings, classes, and practicals
• Write outlines, texts, handouts, tests, and practical exercises
• Administer exams and provide updates on technical performance
• Assist in interviews and skill assessments for new technical staff
• Coordinate training across multiple forums to cover 24-hour operations
• Mentor staff to meet clear performance expectations
