Qualifications

• RVT credential and 3+ years in a large hospital setting.
• Experience teaching or training in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor technical staff across hospital location; maintain Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service principles.
• Schedule and organize all technical training meetings and coursework.
• Create outlines, texts, handouts, tests, and practical exercises for training.
• Administer exams and report performance updates to department leads.
