Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for technical staff.
• Schedule and oversee all training sessions and practical coursework.
• Create outlines, handouts, tests, and exercises for trainees.
• Administer exams and track technical performance with department leads.
• Assist in interviews and skill assessments for new hires.
• Support 24/7 staff training across multiple forums and modalities.
• Mentor staff to meet expectations and improve clinical skills.
