Job summary

VCA VREC Westbury is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician for our Surgery team at a 24-hour Emergency/Specialty hospital. The role emphasizes patient care, anesthesia monitoring, imaging, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 12-month retention period. Compensation ranges from $31 to $37 per hour, based on experience and licensure, with on-site schedule.

Seeking an experienced licensed veterinary technician to join our surgical team!

Join our growing team at VCA VREC of Westbury and help provide exceptional care to pets in our community! We're seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician for our Surgery team at our 24-hour Emergency/Specialty hospital.

We support full technician skill utilization and provide gold-standard medicine with a focus on patient care.

Compensation: $31 - $37/hr, based on experience and licensure

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8-6

Surgery Technician Duties (not limited to):

• Procedural anesthesia monitoring
