Qualifications

• Provide feedback and performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff and demonstrate professional clinical skills.
• Coach team to address patient and client needs and escalate when needed.
• Organize tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Develop and implement training schedules for technicians.
• Identify conflicts and assist with resolutions.
• Other related duties as assigned.
