Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff by modeling positive work habits and clinical skills.
• Coach team to anticipate and address patient and client needs and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek resolution with guidance from leadership.
• Provide constructive feedback and help develop performance improvement plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
