Veterinary Technician Supervisor – Radiology and Outpatient

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Stone Oak, TX is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead a team of veterinary professionals in Radiology and Outpatient services. The ideal candidate will motivate, engage, and train staff, exemplify advanced veterinary skills, and maintain a dynamic work environment with exciting medical cases and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower‑level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to stay proactive in anticipating and addressing patient and client needs, and to seek assistance with escalated or stressful situations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
• Develop and organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolving them.
• Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
