Overview

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an exceptional Radiology Veterinary Technician.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 / hour (this pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system).

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8am-6pm.

As a Radiology Technician you will perform advance diagnostic testing such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), nuclear imaging, digital fluoroscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for ultrasound.
• Place intravenous catheters in all peripheral veins.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Prepare slides for cytology.
• Proficiently perform digital radiographs.
• Monitor patients during anesthesia or while sedated.
• Perform advanced imaging such as CT scans and MRI procedures.
• Have a passion for mentoring and training other co‑workers.
• Have patience and empathy to address client concerns.
