• Demonstrated leadership in a veterinary team.
• Experience mentoring veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Strong communication, time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff with positive work habits and clinical skills.
• Coach team to anticipate and address patient and client needs; escalate as needed.
• Organize tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Schedule training for Technician staff and manage performance improvement plans.
• Support other duties as assigned.
