BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and advanced clinical skills within a dynamic hospital setting.

The supervisor will mentor staff, coach for patient and client needs, and partner with hospital leadership to organize meetings and training schedules. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to mentor lower-level staff with positive work habits and strong clinical skills.
• Strong coaching to anticipate patient and client needs and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Coordinate tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek timely resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and support performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution .
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
