Westford Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center in Westford, MA is seeking an Emergency Technician Supervisor to lead our emergency and critical care team. This full-time role partners with hospital leadership to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while supporting staff.

You will oversee workflow, patient care, and training, and you will help maintain records and a positive client experience in a busy 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed VT or RVT in good standing.
• VTS in ECC strongly preferred.

Supervisor - Emergency Veterinary Technician

Westford Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is looking for a compassionate and motivated Emergency Technician Supervisor to help lead our emergency and critical care team. In a setting where every moment matters, this role is key to supporting both patients and the people caring for them. Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Emergency

Salary: $38.00-$42.00 /per hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-time; 3 12-hour shifts. Time allotted for admin duties. Schedule may change based upon the needs of the hospital/department.

Team Leadership

• Lead and support technical staff through daily guidance, coaching, and feedback

Requirements

• Licensed, Registered, or Certified Veterinary Technician (or equivalent education/experience)
• VTS in ECC strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of veterinary hospital experience
• Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds
