BluePearl Pet Hospital in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Radiology Veterinary Technician to join our team!

Position:

Veterinary Technician in the Radiology department.

* We are offering a SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified technicians!

Work Schedule:

Full-Time

Pay Range APCAI/CVTII:

$25.00 - $37.00/hour
*This pay band depends on licensing, experience, and competency assessment.

Shift Differentials:

Earn more with shift differentials:

• Weekday Night (Mon-Thu 6p to 8a): $3.50
• Weekend Day (Sat-Sun 8a to 6p): $3.50
• Weekend Night (Fri-Sun 6p to 8a): $5.00

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for ultrasound.
• Safely restrain patients for procedures.
• Place intravenous catheters in peripheral veins.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Prepare slides for cytology.
• Perform fluoroscopy and digital radiographs.
• Monitor patients during anesthesia or sedation.
• Perform advanced imaging such as CT scans.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Address client concerns with patience and empathy.
