The VT helps the Veterinarian by maintaining patient care and clinic productivity, relieves the Vet from technical work, and ensures smooth communication between the OR, front desk, and clients. Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent patient care and operational productivity by assisting the Veterinarian and leveraging time and effort.
• Relieve the Veterinarian from technical work and administrative detail to improve daily practice efficiency.
• Facilitate and streamline communication from the operating room to the front office and the client.
• Assist Veterinarians: prep patients for surgery, monitor post-op, restrain animals during exams.
• Obtain samples for testing and administer prescribed medications as directed.
