Job summary

Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our General Practice team in Swedesboro, NJ as part of Thrive Pet Healthcare. You will provide end-to-end care, perform outpatient treatments, and assist with laboratory tests while supporting admitting and discharge processes.

We value hands-on clinical experience, strong anesthesia skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical veterinary experience in a General Practice Setting (direct patient care).
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) preferred.
• Proficiency in sample collection, IVC placement and maintenance, radiographic positioning and vaccine administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end care for patients, including outpatient treatments and laboratory tests.
• Assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention by monitoring anesthesia and vital signs.
• Assist with admitting and discharging patients and maintain clear communication with clients.
