Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join Thrive Pet Healthcare in Swedesboro, NJ. You will welcome clients and their pets, coordinate appointments, and guide clients through each visit with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have veterinary experience or client-care background, a high school diploma, and a positive, self-motivated attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.

Your life-changing work will range from coordinating appointments and guiding clients through every visit, to providing exceptional service, managing communications and supporting the daily flow of the hospital.

Your Experience & Skills

• Experience in a Veterinary setting strongly preferred
• Client Service Representative/Customer Care experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
