Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists of Mansfield seeks an experienced Veterinary Technician to lead overnight emergency operations. You will manage hospital flow, assist veterinarians, and supervise treatment and surgery staff while maintaining smooth patient care through the night.

This role emphasizes leadership on the floor and high-quality patient care. You will mentor teammates, oversee anesthesia and nursing tasks, and collaborate with leadership on workflow improvements.

• Emergency veterinary technician experience (ECC).
• Strong technical skills including phlebotomy and anesthesia monitoring.
• Comfort leading and supporting teammates overnight.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in critical situations.

Compensation:

Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT/VTS): $25.00-$35.00/hr + shift differential

Experienced Veterinary Technician (Unlicensed): $25.00-27.00/hr + shift differential

About the Hospital

Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists of Mansfield provides 24/7 emergency care, including holidays. Our emergency team is equipped to handle critical cases at any hour with advanced diagnostics and treatment capabilities, including:

• In-house bloodwork and digital radiology
• Surgery and anesthesia
• Oxygen therapy and transfusions
• Ultrasound and endoscopy
