Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during appointments, treatments, surgeries, and dentistry.
• Prepare patients for surgery (catheter placement, blood collection, anesthesia support).
• Monitor anesthesia and assist during procedures.
• Collect and prepare lab samples for in-house and external labs.
• Assist with radiographs and ultrasound procedures.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do

• Assist veterinarians during appointments, treatments, surgical procedures, and dentistry
• Prepare patients for surgery, including catheter placement, blood collection, and anesthesia support
• Monitor anesthesia and assist throughout surgical and dental procedures
• Collect and prepare laboratory samples for in-house and reference laboratory testing
• Assist with radiographs and ultrasound procedures
• Maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment
• Prepare exam rooms and accurately document patient histories and medical records
• Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions
• Answer phones and provide exceptional client service when needed
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding patient care
