Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Provide compassionate daily care to hospitalized and recovering patients.
- Safely handle and restrain dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, pocket pets, reptiles, and other species.
- Communicate with clients and provide clear, compassionate education about their pets’ care.
- Prepare laboratory specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Assist with obtaining diagnostic radiographs.
- Prepare patients and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assist veterinarians during surgeries and dental procedures.
- Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the veterinary team.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment and patient-care areas.
- Assist with cleaning, laundry, and other tasks that keep the hospital running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow established hospital protocols

- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7-9-hour days and every other Saturday 8-1
