Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a technical customer support role or with ezyVet software.
• High quality customer-facing interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Strong reasoning, analytical skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support for software products and services.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve system, database or data communication issues.
• Determine customer needs, research solutions and coordinate with team members.
