Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc in the United States is seeking a Veterinary Field Support Representative (FSR) for Diagnostics. You will travel, visit clinics, install and train staff on IDEXX Analyzers (ProCyte, Catalyst One, SediVue, InVue), and support customer success by solving technical challenges in the field.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, problem solving, and collaboration with veterinarians and clinic staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary practice or similar work experience.
• Familiarity with IDEXX products.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Residency in the Las Vegas South territory and willingness to travel within this territory; relocation may be required outside the territory.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 75% of the time (5+ days of car travel per week and 6-8+ overnights per month).
• Install and train staff in clinics on IDEXX Analyzers (ProCyte, Catalyst One, SediVue, InVue).
• Provide onsite technical troubleshooting during critical visits.
• Plan and strategize customer visits using various programs, representing IDEXX as an ambassador.
