Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a veterinary team in delivering exceptional client and patient experiences. The role supports the Practice Manager and COS in maximizing hospital productivity and profitability, while ensuring clear communication with clients and staff.

The Shift Lead will perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant as needed, fostering a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure excellent client service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily team activities and ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Schedule staff to meet client demand and plan time off/CE.
• Ensure compliance with practice policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
• Assist in delivering client education about wellness plans and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
