Qualifications

• Minimum of two years veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise team to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Assist the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding staff and maintaining high client and patient care standards.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders and colleagues.
• Provide professional, efficient client service and educate clients on wellness plans and services.
